Packaging is designed and customised for each model to facilitate handling and provide maximum protection against damage during transport.

All products are fully identifiable and traceable. As each individual product and accessory is coded, it can be located with precision, its in-production test results retrieved, and any after-sales operations (servicing and repairs) identified. Even the component lots from which the product was assembled can be traced. Selco does not abandon its products once they are shipped, but follows them throughout their working life. |

An effective network of carriers, whose efficiency and care are constantly monitored, delivers Selco products quickly and safely to customers. Customers are kept fully informed of the status and location of goods in transit, to permit faster and more efficient material handling. All shipping operations and documents are fully computerised and controlled via Selco’s ERP system. 75% of orders are processed within 48 hours.
