The most important of these are EN 60974-1 (Arc Welding Equipment: Welding Power Sources), EN 60974-2 (Arc Welding Equipment: Liquid Cooling Systems), EN 60974-3 (Arc Welding Equipment: Arc Striking and Stabilising Devices), EN 60974-5 (Arc Welding Equipment: Wire feeders), and EN 60974-10 (Arc Welding Equipment: Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Requirements). Application of these standards also ensures that Selco products conform to European directives LVD 2006/95/EC, EMC 2004/108/EC and CE Marking 1993/68/EC, and ensures maximum operator safety.
