Particular care and attention is dedicated to the creation of innovative design solutions to combine functionality and safety with the latest concepts in streamlined manufacturing and component standardisation. All aspects of welding are analysed carefully, and the results used to drive methodical and continuous research into the functions, parameters and specifications best able to satisfy the needs of modern applications. Research also concentrates on the development of new technical solutions for improving reliability, versatility and effectiveness. Selco’s ultra-modern R&D centre also designs and develops software packages and hardware accessories for Selco welders and welding systems.
